Italian liquor brand Campari just finished up its photo shoot for it’s 2009 calendar with new-mom Jessica Alba, whose insta-thinness confounds all knowledge of the human body.  But apparently, the super compact star was not skinny enough, so they photo shopped her, as seen above.
